As an export-based company operating from Pakistan and supplying to global markets, we maintain strict quality control standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing returns, exchanges, claims, and refunds for all orders placed with us.

1. General Policy Overview

Due to the customized and export nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless the item is received:

• Is defective or damaged

• Is incorrect (wrong design, size, or quantity compared to the approved order)

• Does not match the final approved production sample

We encourage all customers to carefully review order details, specifications, and approvals before production begins.

2. Eligibility for Returns

A return request may be accepted under the following conditions:

• The claim is submitted within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

• The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition.

• Clear photographic and/or video evidence of the issue is provided.

• The issue is verified by our quality control team.

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection by the customer

• Minor color variations due to screen differences

• Approved custom designs where the final product matches the approved artwork

3. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

As most of our products (including sublimation uniforms, custom sportswear, embroidered skirts, printed apparel, and team kits) are made-to-order, they are non-refundable once production has started.

Customers are responsible for:

• Approving final design mockups

• Confirming sizes and quantities

• Verifying spelling of names, numbers, and logos

Once approved and production begins, cancellation or refund is not possible unless there is a manufacturing defect.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If a product arrives damaged or defective:

1. Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

2. Provide clear images/videos showing the issue.

3. Include your order number and shipment details.

After review, we may offer one of the following solutions:

• Replacement of defective items

• Partial refund

• Full refund (in verified severe cases)

• Credit toward future orders

The final resolution will depend on the severity and verification of the claim.

5. International Shipping & Export Orders

As we export products worldwide from Pakistan:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to our manufacturing error.

• Customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or force majeure events.
